INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

Free Shipping to Most countries via seller shipping method.

  • USA, Canada, Israel, Germany, France, United Kingdom and most European countries via ePacket est. 10-15 business days
  • Brazil, Argentina and most Latin America countries, via ePacket est. 15-20 business days
  • South Korea, Japan, Via Regular Post, est. 15-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Via ePacket, est. 15-20 business days
  • Most Asia Countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia etc) Via Standar Post est. 20-30 business days

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing
It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping
Shipment takes 10-30 business days to arrive, depend on country of arrival.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Tracking
When the pacakage has been sent, we will send you tracking number and link to track by email and/or SMS

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don't ship to you. In this case, we'd suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?

We use Regular Shipping Method for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 10-30 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

If applicable, duties and taxes will be assessed and collected at point of arrival.

WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?

Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.

 DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
